No leashes. With so many wonderful stories told by those who knew Dusty much better, I was reluctant to offer up yet another, but as a tribute to a man that touched so many lives in ways big and small, there is always room for one more. My "no leashes" expereicne with Dusty came after earning my way to outers - which is what you had to do 20 years ago.
